What can I use for free?+
Check today’s forecast for your selected place, including rain chance, expected rainfall and a daily summary. Plus adds saved places, hourly forecasts, custom rain warnings and Live Activities on supported devices.
How do rain warnings work?+
With Plus, open Alerts, allow notifications and choose a place. Set your warning time, minimum rain chance and intensity. Our service checks forecasts while the app is closed. Alerts require internet access; forecasts and delivery times can change.
Does it track my location in the background?+
No. Current location is optional and updated while you use the app. Warnings use the last location updated in the app. You can also choose a city or town.
How do I manage or restore Plus?+
Open Plus in the app and choose Manage Subscription or Restore Purchases. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the current subscription period.
Why might a warning arrive late?+
Forecasts change. Delivery also depends on connectivity, notification permissions, iOS settings and provider availability. Will It Rain is for everyday planning, not emergency warnings.
